R1v2 - We can rebuild, We have the technology.
Mainboard Complete, RS232 Link
Motors Run
Test Sensors

28th June 2007

I connected up my old Sensor board and managed to get the sensors working in r1v2, thought it was time to update the worklog.

Sensors outputting:

Sensor input:

Sensor1 (front left): 49
Sensor2 (front right): 27
Sensor3 (left) : 25
Sensor4 (right): 26

Unfortunately, the sensor input doesnt seem too useful at the moment, as i'm getting either a lot of noise, or too little variance between the nearby and far away readings.

This is the point where i ran out of time before UKMM '07, as i couldn't get the new sensors before the event.  The micromouse has been on the back burner since then.  Now i have 3 weeks until RoboTIC 07, a pile of awesome (expensive) Sensors, and a soldering iron... Update Soon!
